Tried a quick Google, didn't the answer but found that one team finished in its national top division with -2 points.
Chernomorets Burgas Sofia actually got a draw in the Bulgarian top league, 2006-7, but had three points deducted for not having enough youth team players on its books.
Gives us something to beat...

Watching Southampton vs Watford. That Silva fella has got Watford playing well. They just took the lead too. SOuthampton look poor as I thought they were against us tbh. Of course does not say a lot about us.
Right... I need to get back to my notes for the 10 page email report at the end of the game ;-)

I think I will watch Cullen and Burke for Bolton. We could do worse than letting them return to the first team squad in Jan. Another decision Bilic got wrong IMO based on the preseason games.
